2. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and empathy
3. Assist customers in navigating our products and services, providing guidance and troubleshooting assistance
4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experience
5. Conduct voiceovers for various company materials, ensuring clear and engaging communication
6. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
7. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and retention through proactive problem-solving and effective communication skills
