Human Resources (HR) Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Source, screen, and shortlist candidates as per job requirements and coordinate interviews
2. Conduct preliminary interviews, assess applicants' competencies, and facilitate further evaluation
3. Coordinate and manage the onboarding process
4. Handle joining formalities for new hires
5. Maintain accurate records in Excel
6. Periodically release letters as required
7. Coordinate with the team to complete all joining formalities
8. Create ID cards and assist in setting up salary bank accounts for new employees
9. Manage employee engagement activities

Requirements:

1. Strong communication and Excel skills
2. Prior hiring experience is a plus
