We are looking for a highly skilled recruiter to join our HR team and help us find the right people for the right roles. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment or human resources, along with deep knowledge of the screening, interviewing, and hiring processes.
Key responsibilities:
1. Supporting end-to-end recruitment from screening to joining.
2. Demonstrating good understanding, sourcing profiles, and being target-driven.
3. Sourcing candidates from various job portals based on the company's requirements.
4. Screening the candidate's resumes and contacting relevant candidates.
