Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
2. Manage employee onboarding, engagement, and daily HR operations to ensure smooth workflows.
3. Handle the company's social media presence for employer branding and engagement initiatives.
4. Support administrative tasks and maintain accurate employee records in compliance with company policies.
