Graphic Designer Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Understand creative briefs and generate unique ideas and designs
2. Work with copywriters and creative director to produce the final design
3. Advise best practices and optimizations throughout design projects
4. Collaborate with fellow designers to develop new approaches for creating more expressive graphics for the company
5. Implement feedback and changes whenever possible
6. Create visualizations that convey accurate messaging for the project
7. Conceptualize and execute the creative design strategy behind ad campaigns
8. Create Motion Graphic videos, GIFs, and animation as per requirement
9. Be involved in the design process along with the account managers and implement new ideas for reels
