1. Market visits: Plan and schedule market visits to generate leads.
2. Sales targets: Meet sales targets for various payment solutions, including QR codes, sound boxes, EDC/card swipe machines, point-of-sale software, insurance, and other financial products.
3. Product deployment: Deploy products and communicate benefits and best practices at client locations, ensuring customer satisfaction to drive higher sales conversions and retention.
4. Feedback gathering: Collect consistent market feedback on existing offerings and insights on competitor activity for product enhancements.
5. Retail onboarding: Enable digital payments at unorganized retailers by onboarding new merchants and educating them on the payment acceptance process and its benefits.
6. Issue resolution: Visit existing merchants to resolve any issues they may have.
7. Experience requirement: 1-3 years of relevant experience in telecom, banking, retail, wallets, or e-commerce is preferred. However, fresh candidates with strong sales acumen are also welcome.
8. Product sales: In addition to other responsibilities, actively sell sound box devices.
