Field Sales Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with sellers who are part of the app
2. Support sellers in increasing orders and app downloads
3. Conduct branding activities to promote the sellers
4. Assist sellers in expanding their market reach
5. Engage with internal stakeholders (IT team, customer care team, delivery team, etc.)
6. Drive market development for sellers and within the assigned area

Requirements:

1. Male graduate in any discipline, aged 21-25
2. Strong communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English
3. Background in commerce or business management is a plus
4. Basic computer proficiency (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
5. Self-motivated and capable of thriving in a target-based environment
6. Comfortable with field work
7. 6-12 months of work experience; freshers are also welcome to apply
8. Interest in working in a startup environment
9. Ability to work effectively within a multi-team setup
10. Must own a motorbike with a valid driving license
