1. Marketing: Ideate and plan social media content, working with the video creation team to provide marketing inputs for ads and other engaging videos. Develop and implement offline marketing strategies and communications. Utilize various ticketing platforms and event promotion websites to increase visibility. Formulate collaboration strategies with businesses, brands, institutions, and organizations. Target student audiences to boost program sign-ups. Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns, including outreach, event invites, interviews, affiliate marketing, and sending promotional items. Write content for websites, landing pages, and other marketing materials.
2. Sales: Handle inbound customer inquiries via text and calls, driving conversions. Maintain organized and secure customer databases. Oversee WhatsApp marketing campaigns, with CRM experience as a plus. Notify customers of program updates and run targeted sales campaigns, such as flash sales and festival offers. Execute email marketing campaigns effectively. Engage with corporate heads on LinkedIn to promote programs.
3. Lead, Learn & Grow: Manage and mentor junior marketing and sales team members or interns.
4. Organize: Document processes, systems, and strategies across all handled areas.

Experience:

1. 1+ years of experience in marketing and sales.
2. Experience with CRM tools is advantageous.
3. Prior experience in the EdTech or education industry is a plus.

Skills:

1. Strong communication and writing skills.
