Digital Marketing Associate Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Prepare, compile, and sort text-based and numerical information from source documents or by opening and sorting mail within the time limits for data entry
2. Compile, verify, and sort source information for accuracy to prepare source data for entry in the prescribed computer, files, forms, or electronic format
3. Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities, and check the output
4. Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents
5. Update data and delete unnecessary files
6. Combine and rearrange data from source documents where required
7. Check completed work for accuracy
8. Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations
9. Comply with data integrity and security policies
10. Effectively manage customer queries and technical issues by solving them in a complete, timely, and accurate way via phone calls, emails, chats, and tickets
11. Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features to achieve satisfaction
12. Assist in training junior e-commerce executives if asked to do so
13. Get cross-training and handle other projects/processes/updating products on websites simultaneously if required
14. Accomplish department and organization mission by completing related results as needed
