Key responsibilities:

1. Daily interaction with assigned clients to meet their expectations.
2. Prepare daily MIS twice a day and share with the client, with accurate descriptions
3. Use of internal technology to meet the desired goal
4. Coordination with internal team to meet 98% SLA
5. Prepare monthly service reports and share them with clients in PPT
