1. Utilize persuasive communication skills and product knowledge to convert Pre-Bookings into Sales
2. Develop and implement strategies to increase sale conversion rates and achieve revenue targets
3. Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and pain points
4. Drive happy customers to give good reviews on Google, small interviews about their experience, etc.
5. Address the queries of prospective customers about the products, bookings, best way to use, deliveries, etc. via different mediums
6. Keep the customers updated through Inbound and outbound communication
7. Conduct surveys to gather information on customer opinion of EYVA
8. Contribute new ideas and innovative ways with team in sales, marketing, customer support, and senior leadership to address customer issues and help in company brand-building
9. Keep track of customer feedback and develop/ test new strategies to improve the overall customer experience
10. Apply and manage CRM tools for effective coordination and monitoring of customer operations & experience
11. Build and nurture strong, long-term customer relationships, fostering loyalty and trust.
