About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Assist in identifying potential clients and sales opportunities through market research.
2. Support the sales team in generating leads through cold calls, emails, and social media outreach and attending industry events.
3. Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and other materials.
4. Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and networking events.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
6. Provide excellent customer service and respond to client inquiries.
7. Collaborate with team members on special projects and sales initiatives.
8. Contribute to brainstorming sessions for new sales strategies and campaigns.

5. Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.

6. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 6 months

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 15,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year
