We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven 'Corporate Sales Executive' to join our team at Hubstairs CoWorks. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for handling all the inbound inquiries to onboard new corporate clients drive revenue growth, and manage relationships with existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handling inquiries via direct walk-in, WhatsApp, mail, common phone, & marketing channels. No cold calling and outbound sales would be required.
2. Identify and prospect potential corporate clients to generate new business opportunities.
3. Scheduling and assisting with visits/tours of the clients.
4. Sending quotations, negotiating, and following up with the clients for closure.
5. Coordinating with admin to complete getting started formalities.
6. Utilize Google Spreadsheets to track sales activities, analyze data, and prepare reports.
7. Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
