2. Partnership Development: Collaborate with universities, colleges, and schools to implement MyCaptain programs. You will play a crucial role in organizing offline and online learning experiences, including events, boot camps, and competitions, to create impactful learning opportunities.
3. Sales Management: Conduct effective follow-ups with inbound and outbound leads, delivering presentations to prospects and successfully closing sales.
4. Market Research: Perform market research to inform the recruitment and training of campus ambassadors. This involves understanding the interests of students in various cities and identifying gaps between their desired jobs and the skills they need to succeed.
5. Market Expansion: Lead initiatives to expand into new colleges, universities, and schools, enhancing market penetration in specific cities. This will include conducting market research, recruiting and training campus ambassadors, and promoting MyCaptain in these new locations.
6. Conversion Optimization: Continuously improve conversion rates by refining sales pitches, implementing cross-selling and upselling strategies, and assessing the fit between prospects and products.
