About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Work on outbound sales calls: Initiate calls to potential and existing customers to introduce Simi Stove products, explain features and benefits, and persuade customers to purchase.
2. Handle customer needs analysis: Actively listen to customers to understand their requirements and recommend suitable products based on their needs.
3. Work on lead management: Maintain a database of leads, keep detailed records of customer interactions, and follow up on sales leads.
4. Work on sales target achievement: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and objectives as assigned by the sales manager.
5. Handle product knowledge: Stay updated with the latest product information, specifications, and industry developments to effectively answer customer questions.
6. Work on customer relationship building: Build positive relationships with customers, handle objections professionally, and ensure customer satisfaction.
7. Handle daily reporting: Submit daily reports on calls, conversions, and sales metrics to the sales manager.
