About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identifying business opportunities by recognizing prospective clients.
2. Building contact and developing relationships with prospective clients.
3. Achieving sales targets through acquisition of new clients and growing business from existing clients.
4. Maintaining relationships with existing clients by providing support, information, and guidance on a timely basis.
5. Developing a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, social media, and other channels.
6. Selling online enterprise recruitment solutions to corporate clients by assessing their business requirements.
7. Domain mapping, prospecting, negotiation, freezing on commercials, and closing of deals with necessary documentation.
8. Cold calling on data collected through lead generation activities/secondary data sources.
9. Setting up meetings between clients and company business heads.
10. Planning approaches and scripting pitches. Developing proposals that are according to the client's needs and objectives.
11. Networking with GCC, GIC, venture capitals, angel investors and related entities for business development.

1. Has strong knowledge of B2B sales and agency-linked markets.

2. Is an excellent communicator, both written and verbal, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers/clients by understanding their requirements.

3. Possesses strong business acumen and the ability to understand a variety of business structures and landscapes, as well as the ability to spot business opportunities and drive value-selling.

4. Is skilled at tackling multiple streams with responsiveness, consistency, and direction.

5. Seeks out opportunities to be a leader, takes on additional initiatives and responsibilities to help the company achieve its larger objectives.

6. Is proactive and has excellent problem-solving skills.
