Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Engagement: Serve as the primary relationship manager for paid customers of NoBroker.
2. Relationship Building: Develop sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and engaging communication.
3. Needs Assessment: Identify and assess customers' needs to provide tailored solutions.
4. Tenant/House Matching: Assist customers in finding suitable tenants or housing options based on their requirements.
5. Communication: Make outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries from customers and leads.
6. Service Excellence: Utilize internal tools and methods to deliver the best possible customer service.
7. Negotiation: Negotiate with leads on behalf of the customer.
8. Account Updates: Keep customers informed about the progress of their accounts.
9. Policy Adherence: Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
10. Customer Service: Go the extra mile to ensure excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
1. Education: Any post-graduate degree (MBA, PGDM, M.Tech, M.Com, M.A, etc.) with 0-1 year of experience.
2. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
3. Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal, numerical, and analytical skills.
4. Decision-Making: Effective decision-making capabilities.
5. Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English and Hindi is mandatory; Kannada, Tamil, Marathi, or Telugu is optional.
6. Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).
7. Work Schedule: Flexible for a day shift (9 hours of login between 8 AM - 10 PM) and comfortable working six days a week, with a weekday off.
8. Equipment: A laptop with a webcam and a reliable high-speed internet connection is required.
