Associate Brand Manager Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Reach out to restaurants and caf s to pitch B2B cake solutions
2. Build relationships with caf owners, managers, and decision-makers
3. Offer tasting samples to prospective clients
4. Research and identify opportunities at colleges, exhibitions, and events
5. Coordinate with event managers to secure stalls or partnerships
6. Oversee operations on event days
7. Conceptualize publicity ideas for public events
8. Execute promotional activities to engage audiences
9. Meet sales targets through effective pitching and relationship-building
10. Provide exceptional customer service to existing clients
11. Track and report sales performance, leads, and customer interactions
12. Maintain accurate records and databases

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields
2. Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
4. Strong organizational and time management skills
5. Familiarity with the F&B industry (desirable)

Desirable Skills:
