This is a full-time hybrid role for a founding sales team member aka sales pioneer at Elattionz, offering flexibility for remote work. The person will be responsible for tasks such as lead generation, and delivering presentations to potential clients. The role involves a blend of travelling to client office and remote work.
Key Responsibilites:
1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and research.
2. Build and maintain relationships with prospects, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
3. Deliver compelling presentations of Elattionz's services to potential clients.
4. Travel to client offices as needed to foster relationships and deliver presentations.
5. Achieve quarterly and yearly sales target and maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular performance reports.

1. Candidates with minimum 2 years of experience.
2. Those who are from or open to relocate to Delhi, Gurgaon, Bangalore, Mumbai, Noida and neighboring cities
1. Minimum 2-5 Years of experience in B2B sales preferably to HR leadership.
2. Presentation skills and communication capabilities.
3. Lead generation and market research abilities.
4. Familiarity with HR and learning & development (L&D) practices.
5. Strong interpersonal and networking skills.
6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
7. Experience in business development or sales is a mandate.
8. Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
