Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop account growth strategies for clients, focusing on client retention each quarter while identifying opportunities to increase revenue through upselling new offerings and products.
2. Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their needs are fully understood and addressed.
3. Build and maintain strong client relationships to secure ongoing business and attract new campaigns.
4. Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure ad campaigns meet client expectations.
5. Proactively track and resolve key client issues, managing expectations both internally and externally.
6. Influence client strategy by identifying and promoting new market opportunities and products.
Key requirements:
1. 1-3 years of relevant experience.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey product ideas to clients.
3. Strong analytical skills for analyzing client data.
4. Effective time management and multitasking abilities to handle multiple tasks and clients simultaneously.
5. Advanced motivational and negotiation skills.
6. Experience in account management within mobile/online advertising or direct marketing.
