About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Introduce and be the face of Smartstaff to industrial workforce (or factory workers) who primarily hail from remote parts of the country
2. Sourcing of industrial workforce (or factory workers) from remote parts of the country by building networks at a village/panchayat/mandal level and nurture relationships with local leaders
3. Enable transportation and deployment of workers to factories/industries from base locations/ hometowns
4. Build long term relations and drive engagement with local sourcing agents for a scalable and robust sourcing network
5. Comply with SOPs of the organisation to ensure transparency and accountability to workers and sourcing agents

2. Willing to work from industrial areas of the city or remote locations based on the business and deliverables assigned

3. Strong communication skills with proficiency in English, Hindi.

4. Bachelor’ degree or its equivalent

5. Bike for daily commute

7. Candidates with one year field hiring or field sales experience will be preffered.
