About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop dealer networks in your region and extend full support to the dealers to perform better and help meet dealer targets
2. Onboard new dealers & distributors proactively
3. Work on product knowledge and develop a deep understanding of plywood products
4. Work on negotiation and closing: Negotiate and close profitable deals, ensuring customer satisfaction
5. Work on customer relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with dealer, distributor tour & other influencer
6. Work on order processing and reporting: Coordinate order processing, maintain accurate sales records, and generate reports for management
7. Work on coordination with the production department/factory for logistics
8. Hanlde target achievement: Work towards exceeding sales targets. Develop strategies for goal achievement
9. Work on coordination with the concerned team for prompt after-sales service
10. Coordinate with the branding & marketing team to increase the brand visibility within the assigned area
