2. Target and achieve 12 to 15 projects a month by securing new project bookings
3. Manage Customer Experience & Relationship Management
4. Train designers to enhance sales skills and enable them to achieve their targets
5. Hold a Bachelor's qualification: B-Arch (preferred) or a relevant degree with industry exposure
6. Demonstrate 2 years of relevant experience in B2C Business Development and Growth
7. Lead a team with a minimum of 12 months of managerial experience
