1. Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements to ensure efficient use of time
2. Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, including board members, senior leadership, clients, and partners
3. Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and reports
4. Handle confidential information and sensitive issues with discretion and professionalism
5. Prioritize and manage tasks independently, keeping the CEO informed of important deadlines and issues
6. Screen and manage incoming communications (emails, phone calls, and mail), responding or delegating as necessary
7. Organize and maintain the CEO's files, records, and documents to ensure easy accessibility
8. Organize and coordinate meetings, conference calls, and video conferences for the CEO and other executives
9. Plan and execute events, including board meetings, company off-sites, and special CEO engagements
10. Assist the CEO in managing key projects, ensuring deadlines are met and tracking deliverables
11. Provide administrative support for strategic initiatives, including scheduling, data collection, and status reporting
12. Track and follow up on action items from meetings to ensure timely completion
13. Assist in managing the CEO's reports and follow up with donors and clients
14. Follow up on bill clearance for executive-related activities
15. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the executive office, including office supplies, technology, and facilities management
16. Maintain a professional and organized office environment
17. Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion and professionalism
18. Act as the CEO's trusted advisor and confidante when needed
