We are seeking a dynamic and visionary entrepreneur in residence (EIR) to join our team. The EIR will play a pivotal role in driving innovation, exploring new business opportunities, and supporting the growth of our organization. This position offers a unique opportunity for an experienced entrepreneur to bring their expertise, creativity, and entrepreneurial spirit to our company.
Key responsibilities:
1. Research and analyze market trends, technologies, and consumer behaviors to identify new business opportunities aligned with our company's strategic goals
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, develop, and validate innovative business models that capitalize on market opportunities
3. Lead the ideation, prototyping, and development of new products or services, leveraging insights gathered through market research and customer feedback
4. Cultivate strategic partnerships and alliances with key stakeholders, including industry leaders, investors, and potential collaborators, to support the growth and scalability of new ventures
5. Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to internal teams and startup founders within our ecosystem, leveraging your experience as a successful entrepreneur
6. Serve as an internal thought leader and advocate for entrepreneurial thinking, fostering a culture of innovation, agility, and experimentation within the organization
7. Assess and mitigate risks associated with new ventures, including market volatility, regulatory challenges, and competitive threats, to ensure sustainable growth and profitability
8. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success and impact of new initiatives, iterating and refining strategies based on data-driven insights
Salary during probation: ₹18,000 - 23,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 5,00,000 /year
