We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented e-commerce executive to manage and optimize our online stores on Amazon, eBay and other marketplace. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end process of our online sales channels.
Key responsibilities:
A. Online store management:
1. Manage product listings, pricing, and inventory across Amazon, eBay, BestBuy and other marketplace.
2. Ensure product descriptions, images, and other content are accurate and optimized for SEO.
3. Update and maintain the product catalog regularly to reflect new arrivals, promotions, and discontinued items.
B. Order fulfillment:
1. Oversee the order processing, including packing, shipping, and tracking.
2. Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
3. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders, returns, and refunds.
C. Sales optimization:
1. Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth.
2. Implement strategies to increase sales and improve conversion rates.
3. Monitor and adjust pricing to remain competitive.
D. Marketing and promotions:
1. Plan and execute promotional campaigns and discounts to drive sales.
2. Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement advertising strategies.
3. Utilize platform-specific tools to enhance product visibility and attract customers.
E. Performance monitoring:
1. Track and report on key performance metrics, including sales, traffic, and customer feedback.
2. Conduct regular analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement.
3. Prepare and present performance reports to management.
F. Customer service and assistance:
1. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing prompt and effective
