Key Responsibilities:

1. Product listing management:

- Uploading new products to the company's e-commerce platforms, online marketplaces, and websites.
- Maintaining and updating existing product listings to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborating with the product, marketing, and design teams to acquire all necessary product information, imagery, and assets.

2. Content curation and optimization:

- Crafting engaging and informative product descriptions, including key features, specifications, and benefits.
- Ensuring product titles, tags, and metadata are optimized for search engine visibility and customer discoverability.
- Maintaining brand guidelines and visual standards in product imagery, layouts, and presentation.

3. Marketplace management:

- Monitoring and managing product listings across various e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay, company website).
- Responding to customer inquiries, product reviews, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Staying updated on platform-specific policies, guidelines, and best practices.
