We are looking for both freshers and experienced 'Digital Marketing Telesales Consultants' to join our growing team. This role offers a dynamic environment for those just starting out or looking to further their experience in the digital marketing industry. As part of our team, you will engage with potential clients over the phone, introduce them to our digital marketing services, and work to convert leads into successful sales. Additionally, you will play a key role in managing client information and assisting with CRM system setup and organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound client engagement: Reach out to potential clients via phone to promote our range of digital marketing services, including Google Ads, SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
2. Lead generation for freshers: For freshers, your focus will be on identifying and generating leads, sparking interest in our services, and passing on these interested clients to senior consultants for follow-up.
3. Inbound lead handling: Follow up with inbound leads generated from marketing campaigns, engage clients, and transfer them to senior sales for closing deals.
4. Client interaction and learning: Participate in client meetings to observe and assist senior executives while building relationships with key clients and partners.
5. Sales collaboration: Work alongside the sales team to prepare customized proposals and presentations that align with client needs.
6. Client onboarding support: Assist in onboarding new clients and provide continuous support to ensure satisfaction and successful service delivery.
7. Identifying client needs: Understand client requirements and recommend the most suitable digital marketing solutions to foster business growth.
8. CRM management: Help manage and organize the CRM system, ensuring client information, calls, leads, and sales data are accurately recorded and maintained.
9. Service communication: Collaborate with the marketing team to gain a deep understanding of the services offered and communicate these benefits effectively to potential clients.
10. Internal support: Assist the internal marketing team by keeping CRM data updated and organized to ensure seamless client communication and service delivery.
1. Candidates with minimum 3 years of experience.
2. Those who are from or open to relocate to Delhi, Ghaziabad, Noida and neighboring cities
