About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Digital strategy:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate digital initiatives into overall marketing plans.

2. Social media management:
- Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
- Create engaging content, schedule posts, and monitor social media analytics.

3. Content creation:
- Develop compelling and relevant content for various digital platforms, including blogs, articles, and website content.
- Ensure content is optimized for SEO to improve organic search rankings.

4. Email marketing:
- Plan and execute targeted email campaigns to nurture leads and engage current customers.
- Monitor email performance metrics and optimize campaigns for maximum effectiveness.

5. SEO and SEM:
- Implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility and search engine rankings.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads and other paid advertising campaigns.

6. Analytics and reporting:
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital marketing efforts.
- Prepare regular reports to showcase campaign performance and recommend improvements.

7. Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales and product teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals.
- Collaborate with external agencies and vendors as needed.
