We are seeking enthusiastic freshers and experienced 'Digital Marketing Telesales Consultants' to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

2. Lead generation for freshers: Freshers will focus on generating leads by engaging clients and building interest. Once a lead shows potential, pass it on to a senior consultant for further sales discussions.
3. Inbound lead management: Follow up with potential clients who respond to our marketing efforts, further engage them, and transfer the lead to senior consultants for closing the sale.
4. Client meeting participation: Observe and assist senior executives in client meetings to gain experience and help nurture relationships with key clients and business partners.
5. Proposal and presentation preparation: Work closely with the sales team to create customized proposals and presentations that address client needs and highlight our services.
6. Onboarding and client support: Assist with onboarding new clients and provide ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction and a smooth service experience.
7. Identifying business needs: Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate digital marketing solutions to drive their business growth.
8. CRM management: Help maintain and organize the CRM system, ensuring that client information, call logs, leads, and sales details are accurately recorded.
9. Service promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to fully understand our services, enabling you to clearly and confidently explain their benefits to potential clients.
10. Internal coordination: Support the internal marketing team by updating and organizing CRM data for smooth communication and client service delivery.
