Data Entry Operator Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Input product details, customer information, and inventory data into the company's database or management system
2. Assist in maintaining and updating stock records, ensuring that the inventory data is current and accurate
3. Maintain digital and physical records of prescriptions, sales transactions, purchase orders, and supplier information
4. Verify the accuracy of data entered into the system and resolve discrepancies as needed
5. Support the sales team by providing necessary data for customer orders, processing sales data, and generating reports for inventory and sales analysis
6. Assist in preparing and updating regular reports on inventory, sales trends, and other relevant metrics
7. Collaborate with the pharmacy, sales, and administrative teams to ensure smooth operations and data flow
