Key Responsibilities:

1. Project & Team Management

- Implement and uphold best practices for design quality across projects.
- Provide designers with actionable feedback to improve their work and foster continuous growth.

3. Client Collaboration
- Collaborate with the client-facing team to understand project requirements, client expectations, and brand guidelines.
- Present design concepts to clients, incorporating their feedback effectively to meet project objectives.

4. Creative Direction
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging tools to ensure Clippet's designs remain innovative and relevant.

5. Technical Expertise
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite tools (Photoshop, Illustrator) to contribute to projects or provide support as needed.
- Offer hands-on guidance to the team on technical and creative aspects to enhance project outcomes.

6. Team Development
- Mentor and coach designers, encouraging skill development and professional growth.
