1. Responsible for complete sales and marketing of products in the assigned region.
2. Introduce products and concepts to architects, develop specifications to suit Rocland products, get brand/products approved, and conduct demonstrations and presentations.
3. Work in industrial and commercial segments.
4. Collaborate with flooring contractors for product training, promotion, and sales, assisting them in client discussions for approvals.
5. Meet with architects, contractors, project developers, and project heads of various companies.
6. Identify projects, generate leads, submit offers, and close contracts.
7. Manage post-order activities such as dispatches, coordination, payments, etc.
8. Identify government departments with potential, secure product approvals, and develop specifications.
1. Graduate (preferably in civil engineering) with a minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience, along with an MBA from a reputed institute.
2. Experience in the sales of construction chemicals, and construction materials, or in project selling, concept selling, cement products, or flooring products.
3. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
