Key responsibilities:

1. Team leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
2. Sales strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
3. Outreach and appointment setting: Oversee and optimize outreach efforts, including cold calling, email marketing, and social media outreach.
4. Sales process management: Implement and manage a robust sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
5. Pipeline management: Track and manage the sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue flow.
6. Performance tracking: Monitor team performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
7. Client relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
8. Email marketing: Develop and execute effective email marketing campaigns to generate leads and nurture prospects.
