3. Pre-sales follow-up: Sending emails to the Institutions regarding the details of the courses and following them rigorously (Calling them back to offer discounts.)
4. Post-sales follow-up: Follow up with them in case they are facing any issues, solve their queries in accordance with the customer support team
5. Call back on missed leads & convert them: Making calls back to the missed leads and converting them into prospects
6. Follow-up calls: Sending them emails or connecting with them on call to remind them regarding the proposals and to take up the discussion further and sending the requested information in mail/Whatsapp accordingly.
7. Resolving queries: Resolving the queries of customers and helping them navigate through the services and benefits offered, thus building a strong relationship with them.
8. Preparing report and updating on the Whatsapp group: Preparing the report on the conversions and updating the leads in pipelines
