3. Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a sales team, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals.
4. Proven track record in B2B sales, with experience closing high ACV (annual contract value) deals in fast-paced environments.
5. Consistent history of over-achieving sales quotas.
6. Hands-on experience managing the full sales cycle, including cold calling and prospecting.
7. Proven business networking skills using networking groups, online sales tools, etc.
8. Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decisions and strategies.
9. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
