About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Prospecting leads and contacting our Doge-India users to pitch the product/ service.
2. Setting up meetings with the prospective clients who are users at www.DOGE-INDIA.com.
3. Presenting product/service demonstrations to the client.
4. Establishing new business links.
5. Participating in conferences, exhibitions, and industry meet-ups for business development.
6. Work on sales reporting and reviewing performance.
7. Travelling to potential and existing customers within an assigned sales area to present company offerings and build brand awareness.
8. Negotiating contracts to arrive at the best deal for the client and organization and working towards achieving the sales target.
9. Conducting market research to evaluate gaps, opportunities, and alien needs.
10. Seeking new opportunities through networking, cold calling, and social media. channels.
11. Collaborating within teams to achieve better results.
12. Taking feedback from customers and share it with support teams.

1. Should have good communication skills, both oral and written

2. Familiarity with sales management skills

3. Experience or awareness of sales factors

4. Good knowledge of customer/client/user handling

5. Demonstrable leadership abilities

6. Negotiation and consultative sales skills

7. BSc/MSc/MBA in sales management or relevant field

8. A typing speed of 30 words per minute is required

9. A professional approach to answering queries via emails/calls

10. Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude

11. Ability to stay calm when users/consumers are stressed upset or angry

Salary
Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: ₹20,000 - 35,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 5,00,000 - 9,00,000 /year
