As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
a. Client Relationship Management:
1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
2. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their project satisfaction and project needs are met.
3. Proactively identify client business needs and opportunities for growth.
b. Project Management:
1. Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of marketing campaigns and projects.
2. Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., creative, design, strategy) to ensure timely and effective project completion.
3. Monitor project timelines.
c. Business Development:
1. Contribute to new business development efforts by identifying potential clients and building relationships.
2. Prepare proposals and presentations to attract new clients.
d. Reporting and Analysis:
1. Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and client projects
2. Analyze campaign data to identify trends and provide insights.
e. Team Collaboration:
1. Collaborate effectively with team members across different departments to ensure seamless project execution.
2. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
