About the job

The primary objective of the client relationship manager is to build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs and objectives.
2. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
3. Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of products or services.
5. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services.
6. Conduct regular check-ins to assess client satisfaction and gather feedback.
7. Resolve issues and conflicts to maintain positive client relationships.

8. Communication:
a. Communicate clearly and effectively with clients through various channels.
b. Prepare and present reports on client account status professionally and concisely.

9. Client acquisition:
a. Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the client base.
b. Collaborate with the sales team to generate new business.

Metrics and targets:

1. Meet or exceed client retention and satisfaction goals.
2. Achieve upselling and cross-selling targets.
3. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

Gender: Female candidates only.
Compensation: 1.80 LPA to 3LPA.
Location: Goregaon East.

1. Proven experience as a client relationship manager or similar role.

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Ability to build and maintain client relationships.

4. Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities.

5. In-depth knowledge of the industry and market trends.

6. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.

7. Relevant certifications or additional training is a plus.

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 /year
