Business Development Executive Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
2. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
3. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution
4. Assist the sales team with preparing proposals and presentations
5. Identify potential customers and generate leads through research and outreach
6. Follow up on leads and conduct sales calls to understand customer needs and pitch relevant products or services
7. Maintain and update customer records and sales documents
8. Assist in organizing and coordinating sales meetings and events
9. Prepare regular reports on sales metrics and customer feedback
10. Participate in training sessions to understand the products/services offered by the company
11. Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends in the industry
12. Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve the customer support process
13. Gather customer feedback and share insights with the product development team
14. Suggest and implement improvements in the customer service process
15. Assist in creating and updating FAQ and help documents
