1. Create a database by filtering potential buyers and clients
2. Engage prospect clients from pre-funnel to funnel and then to pipeline for orders
3. Connect with prospective overseas customers and engage in onboarding them for business deals
4. Ensure regular communication and interaction with customers
5. Understand customer requirements, terms and conditions, costing, pricing, and delivery timelines jointly with the management
6. Make market research, analyse sales, and create new ideas to boost the export activities
7. Review existing marketing and merchandising process flow and improve on them as necessary
8. Perform any other relevant tasks assigned by the management
Requirements:
1. Minimum 3 years of proven experience
2. Graduate in commerce/business studies or relevant fields
3. Excellent verbal & written English language skills
4. MS-DOS literate, Computer & internet savvy
5. Excellent Customer service & negotiation skills
