About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage a customer base of 300 parents and students.
2. Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
3. Coordinate with subject teachers and students to ensure classes are conducted on schedule.
4. Collaborate with stakeholders as needed for class rescheduling.
5. Collect feedback from parents, students, and teachers to enhance class processes.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents, driving renewals, upsells, and cross-sells of Turito's products while achieving retention and renewal revenue targets.
7. Monitor churn and maintain a high customer retention rate.
8. Maintain a tracker for ongoing and upcoming classes, including communication logs through various channels.
9. Adhere strictly to Turito's processes for addressing client issues.
10. Gather customer feedback and share insights with teachers and relevant departments for issue resolution.
11. Foster an inspiring team environment with open communication.
12. Set clear goals, delegate tasks, and establish turnaround times (TAT).
13. Monitor team performance and facilitate development opportunities through various initiatives.
14. Prepare development plans for team members and track their progress.
15. Listen to team feedback and resolve any conflicts that arise.
16. Suggest and implement team-building activities.
17. Maintain a customer-centric approach in all interactions.
18. Collaborate with the team to resolve customer queries efficiently.
19. Conduct quality audits of existing processes and report any gaps to management.
