We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented business development executive to join our team at HURLAD. As a business development executive, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base.

Key responsibilities:

1. Identify and prospect potential clients within target industries.
2. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new clients.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
4. Understand client needs and develop tailored marketing solutions.
5. Negotiate contracts and close deals.
6. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
7. Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
8. Provide excellent customer service and support.
9. Manage and track the sales pipeline effectively.
10. Forecast sales accurately and consistently.
11. Analyze sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
