1. Should have done cold calling and emailing in B2B business environments.
2. Should have exposure to lead generation and identifying leads on Linkedin, other database platforms.
3. Should have worked in lead generation, lead qualification, nurturing, converting and Onboarding B2B clients.
4. Business development, cold calling, convincing skills, Linkedin sales navigator, Apollo.io, sales CRM, outreach specialist, business development, b2b sales, concept/service/solution selling, collaboration skill.
5. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
6. Proven experience as a business development executive or inside sales in a B2B environment.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Strong phone presence and experience making dozens of calls per day.
9. Ability to build rapport quickly with prospective clients.
10. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
11. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
12. A proactive and creative approach to problem-solving.
