About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identifying and building target database.
2. Email marketing and following up on emails with prospects who have shown interest in our services.
3. Making outbound calls to prospective clients from the database to introduce the product and services.
4. Setting appointments for in-depth discussions and consultations with senior sales team members.
5. Identifying potential leads and building a robust pipeline of opportunities.
6. Generating interest and demand for our digital marketing services through effective communication and persuasive skills.
7. Understanding client needs and provide initial information about tailored digital marketing solutions.
8. Following up with potential clients to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
9. Providing regular updates and reports on call activities, appointment settings, and lead generation results.

Who can apply

1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.

Other requirements

1. Should have done cold calling and emailing in B2B business environments.

2. Should have exposure to lead generation and identifying leads on Linkedin, other database platforms.

3. Should have worked in lead generation, lead qualification, nurturing, converting and Onboarding B2B clients.

4. Business development, cold calling, convincing skills, Linkedin sales navigator, Apollo.io, sales CRM, outreach specialist, business development, b2b sales, concept/service/solution selling, collaboration skill.

5. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

6. Proven experience as a business development executive or inside sales in a B2B environment.

7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

8. Strong phone presence and experience making dozens of calls per day.

9. Ability to build rapport quickly with prospective clients.

10. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

11. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.

12. A proactive and creative approach to problem-solving.

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year
