I am Responsible for the entire Organization of Human Resources exercise, directly involved, and managed equality, cost-effective and timely recruitment system for the entire organization. Actively involved in the Full Life Cycle of Recruitment like sourcing, identifying, and interviewing (pre-screening) consultants. Responsible for end-to-end hiring of candidates as per the requisitions within hiring grids. Hands-on leader with demonstrated skills in strategic HR planning, including talent acquisition and management, compensation & benefits, change management & re-engineering, performance management, and succession planning & development. Proficient in designing, implementing, and managing policies, programs, and processes.
