Business Development Associate Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Client Relationships: Build strong connections with clients to foster loyalty and satisfaction
2. Collaboration: Work with sales, marketing, and customer service to increase product adoption
3. Account Management: Address client needs and ensure they feel valued
4. Client Advocacy: Liaise with management to resolve issues and uphold service quality
5. Onboarding and Training: Conduct training and facilitate a smooth onboarding process
6. Strategic Input: Contribute to sales strategies and best practices
7. Upselling: Introduce premium plans to existing clients
8. Product Feedback: Share client insights to help improve our platform
9. Proactive Engagement: Follow up with clients to gather feedback and enhance satisfaction

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field
2. Strong communicator with negotiation skills and a passion for building relationships
3. CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot) and analytical skills
4. Adaptable to changing business needs; able to handle objections and negotiations effectively
5. Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus
