Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare client invoices based on services availed.
2. Maintain and update client records, including charge updates to accounts.
3. Send reminders for delayed payments.
4. Receive, organize, and update incoming payments from clients.
5. Identify and resolve issues with billing, such as discrepancies, billing errors, or late payments.
6. Prepare periodic reports to track expenses and inventory.
7. Submit reimbursement claims after verifying authenticity and ensuring compliance with company guidelines.
8. Address billing inquiries, delayed payments, and other issues using software and business process automation.
9. Conduct in-depth analysis to improve company cash flow and reduce outstanding balances.
Kingsmen India started operations in India in 1997 and since then we have been catering to the needs of various clients (Government and Private sector) in the field of Exhibitions, retail, museums and experience centers. In the exhibition industry, we started our journey by creating pavilions and executing turnkey projects for various shows. Subsequently, we ventured into catering to the needs of the retail industry. We did large-scale rollouts for various brands and received recognition in this field. We did more than 25000 stores for Nokia for the Indian and international market.
To maintain excellence in the quality we have a 60,000 sq. ft production facility based out of Noida, with state-of-the-art machinery and equipment which is complemented by our team of experienced project managers and architects. This facility is equipped to handle materials like Metal, Wood, Acrylic, Glass, and printing on various surfaces.
