Key responsibilities:

1. Conduct internal audit and Statutory audit collaboratively as part of a team.
2. Perform audit processes including execution and reporting.
3. Prepare comprehensive audit reports with proper documentation.
4. Provide support and insights to the Audit manager to enhance audit efficiency and effectiveness.
5. Continuously seek ways to improve and innovate audit processes.
6. Maintain a curious mindset and a proactive approach to problem solving.
7. Possess analytical and reasoning skills with an inclination for subject oriented research.

1. CA IPCC (one group cleared as well) with articleship experience and post articleship two years experience preferred.

2. CMA inter-with prior experience in internal audit and statutory audit. Three years prior experience preferred.

3. CA/CMA dropout: With prior experience in a CA firm in internal audit and statutory audit. Two/three years prior experience preferred.

4. MBA: With prior experience in a CA firm in internal audit and statutory audit. Two years prior experience preferred.

5. B.Com-With prior experience in a CA firm in internal audit and statutory audit. Three years prior experience preferred.

6. Strong analytical skills and attention to details.

7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

8. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team.

9. Preferred candidates with experience in manufacturing industry, health care industry, recreational establishments, trusts.
