We are seeking a dynamic associate lawyer to join our team at Abhay Nevagi And Associates at Pune Location. As a key member of our firm, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and representation to our clients in matters and client interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct legal research and analysis on various cases and provide sound legal advice to clients.
2. Represent clients in court, mediation, and arbitration proceedings.
3. Draft legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and pleadings.
4. Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and updates on case progress.
5. Stay up-to-date on changes in laws and regulations.
6. Collaborate with partners and senior associates on complex cases to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
7. Uphold the highest ethical standards in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
1. Candidates with minimum 2 years of experience.
