For lawyers with 0-3 years of experience in litigation and drafting, their primary responsibilities will involve legal research, drafting, and case preparation. Additionally, they should stay updated on changes in the law that could affect ongoing cases or client advice. Their drafting responsibilities will include preparing a variety of legal documents such as pleadings, motions, affidavits, contracts, agreements, and legal opinions, ensuring accuracy and clarity to prevent potential loopholes or misinterpretations.

In court, these lawyers will play a crucial role in assisting senior counsel, attending hearings, and handling procedural matters. They will gather and organize evidence, witness statements, and other relevant information to help build a strong case. Representing clients under the guidance of senior lawyers will also be a part of their role, along with supporting trial preparation tasks like drafting arguments and opening/closing statements.
